The McGregor Company serves growers in Washington, Idaho and Oregon with the seed, crop inputs, equipment, services, research, and advice needed to raise healthy, sustainable crops. We are looking for a hard-working individual for our full-time position at the R.F. Druffel River Terminal Facility in Clarkston WA. A career minded, hardworking individual is needed. We need a prompt, detail oriented person with the ability to learn a variety of tasks related to the receiving, manufacturing, blending and distribution of bulk dry and liquid fertilizer at our river terminal in Clarkston, Washington. Agricultural experience is preferred, but not necessary. Applicants with any of the following will be given preference. CDL (any form), forklift, front end loader and/or skid steer operating experience. Duties: • Loading and unloading of fertilizer from rail cars, barges and trucks using material moving equipment • Perform a variety of tasks relating to shipment of fertilizer products • Set up, operate, and tend to machines that mix or blend materials • General maintenance of equipment • Adherence to paperwork and training regulations Requirements: • Forklift operation • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Attention to detail • Safety minded professional Position Details: • Full-time with additional hours during peak busy seasons • Drug Free Workplace • Full benefit package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, life insurance, + more)
