DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will assist patients in completing peer assessments, wellness recovery action plans, and mental health advance directives. Effective teamwork will be essential for your duties participating in community support plan meetings, treatment team meetings, and one on one individual contacts with patients as prescribed by the psychiatrist and treatment team or as requested by the patient. You will talk to, listen to, and advocate for individuals as they navigate the adult mental health system and plan to return to the community. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. May change based on operational needs.
- Overtime and travel required as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Special Requirements:
All positions require possession of an active certification as a Certified Peer Specialist issued by the Pennsylvania Certification Board (PCB)
