Our local manufacturing client is seeking an Offline Programming Support Specialist for their direct hire, full-time opening! This great opportunity offers a competitive salary of $55K - $58K + a full range of benefits like PTO, medical, dental, 401K+match and more!Position Summary: As an Offline Programming Support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for providing technical assistance and training on CADMAN-related products to both customers and Field Service Technicians. Your role will encompass:Demonstrating software functionalityResolving technical issues, and ensuring that all software solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.Developing new machine posts, preparing CADMAN packages, and maintaining up-to-date software versions.Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting of software to ensure seamless integration and operation in various applications.Requirements/skills to be successful in this roll:An Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Programming, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.1-3 years of experience with computer networking and programming software.Prior experience with N/C or CNC programming.Must be proficient in Windows operating systems.Familiar with personal computer hardware and software installation.Basic SQL user experience and computer networking skills.Must be willing to travel occasionally to customer sites for training and problem resolution.Easily adapt to working in both office and manufacturing environments.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Adept at facilitation and building strong customer relationships.Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.Must have a problem-solving mindset and excellent troubleshooting skills.A mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in technical details.If you think this is the right position for you and meet the above requirements, then please apply today and call (716)-630-7008 to learn more!
