Aerotek General Laborer in Clarence, New York
Aerotek is seeking candidates interested in entry-level warehouse opportunities. It will hire individuals to go permanent after the prohibition
period based on performance, attendance, and attitude. It would be best if you were open to working independently or with several team members. You will test the equipment, move production, and assign general tasks.
Assists in all shop areas, including cleaning and organizing parts and materials. Performs repetitive physical operations to
remove parts from the main metal sheet. Engages in various tasks to assist in machine shop activities, such as operating metal fabricating/finishing
equipment to cut, bend, form, and/or finish metal parts as specified by customer requirements. Fits and/or assembles, adjusts, and repairs
subassemblies and major assemblies.
Hard Skills
Comfortable working in a warm climate
Mechanically inclined; able to work with hands
Perform repetitive tasks
Record job activities, including count utilizing the labor reporting system
Communicate with co-workers and supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities
Meet acceptable quality and performance standards
Maintain an accurate count of parts; attach labels or tags to processed material, identifying
