Fintube Operator

Pay: Starting at \$24+/hr (based on experience)\ Schedule: Day Shift\ Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire\ Location: Catoosa, OK

About the Role:\ Are you an experienced Fintube Operator looking to work with a team that values precision and craftsmanship? Were seeking a professional with 5+ years of experience operating McElroy finning machines to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to apply your skills to produce high-quality fintubes for a trusted industry leader.

What Youll Do:

• Set up and operate finning machines to wrap or embed fin strip material onto tubes.
• Interpret blueprints, planning sheets, and technical data to determine optimal tooling and setup.
• Mount, align, and secure parts, adjusting speed, feed, and coolant flow for precise operation.
• Monitor machine performance, making real-time adjustments to maintain exact specifications.
• Measure and verify tube dimensions using gauges, calipers, and rulers to ensure accuracy.
• Feed tubes into the machine, connect them with tube connectors, and manage the finning process.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment and parts in excellent condition.
• Utilize an overhead crane to mount finning strip rolls safely and efficiently.

What Were Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience operating a McElroy finning machine.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications.
• Basic skills in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Relevant experience or training equivalent to less than a high school diploma.
