JOB DESCRIPTION The Personal Care Aide is responsible for executing duties according to the client's plan of care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to activities of Household Care, Personal Care and Supportive Care.
DUTIES: Duties are assigned as the plan of care for every individual client, which consists of one or more of the following:
Household Care: Cooking, Laundry, and Cleaning.
Personal Care: Feeding, Grooming, Bathing, and Reminding to take Medication.
Supportive Care: Companionship, Errands, and Appointment Escort
