Warn Industries Product Manager in Clackamas, Oregon

Position Summary:

WARN Industries is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join the team. The Product Manager will be responsible for the overall vision, coordination and execution of WARN’s product categories, ensuring that products exceed customer expectations while aligning with the brand vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive growth and profitability.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.

  • Define product requirements and features based on customer feedback and market insights.

  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.

  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including pricing and inventory management.

  • Assist sales and marketing teams with planning and executing market activation activities such as promotions, partnerships, and events.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product portfolio and lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a related industry.

  • Relevant alternative work experience in the automotive industry can be considered as a substitute

  • Strong understanding of product development processes and project management principles.

  • Track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.

  • Proven ability to collect and analyze market and product data.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background and ability to quickly understand complex systems.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

  • Experience in the outdoor industry or off-road enthusiast market.

  • Proven record of growing brands and premium product categories.

Physical Demands:

  • May require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. May require lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.

  • Travel by car or plane will be required to attend events, visit customer and conduct market research.

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Software:

Personal computer, mobile phone, other office equipment, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint. Must operate hand tools.
