CBRE Mexico is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Project Management department as a Sr Project Manager in Cd Juárez

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk) including planning, design, construction and closeout.

  • Define project scopes, according to client requirements,

  • Lead project execution resources/team by providing guidance and direction to achieve project objectives.

  • Track progress of each project Status and variance reporting.

  • Implement change management routines to evaluate change requests, secure client approvals and issue change orders.

  • Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, contracting, planning, monitoring, etc.

  • Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout are accurate, timely and compliant.

  • Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as PM developing Industrial Projects

  • Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish)

  • Experience in managing Contractors, Construction Tender, Purchase Orders
