Job Responsibilities

  • Definition and assurance of process capabilities according to the production plan (workstations, operators’ number, devices, materials, tools, fixtures, etc.).

  • Definition of standard manufacturing time for each of the operations in the different products.

  • Training and certification of operators for the manufacture of products

  • Documentation and updating of process standards for each workstation.

  • Coordination of continuous improvement work

  • Development of visual aids for manufacturing processes.

  • Development of fixtures and poka yokes for the production processes.

  • Lean Manufacturing

Requirements

  • Industrial or manufacturing Engineer Degree

  • 3-5 yrs. professional experience in production processes.

  • Technical knowledge: continuous improvement, line balancing, layout elaboration, purchase of machinery and tools, taking and reduction of operating times, ergonomics, elaboration of standard process sheets, digitalization and automation of processes.

  • Advanced English

  • Analytical thinking, leadership, assertive decision making, project management, 360º communication, use of digital tools.

  • Focused on continuous improvement of production and administrative processes.

  • SAP
