Purpose of Role
The role is a value-added business partner to the Sales, Finance, and Planning functions and is a critical player within the America’s Supply Chain Organization. In this role, the Account Service Professional will support revenue potential by providing effective methodologies, efficient Order Management processes, system expertise and value-added order bank information to the Distributor business. This individual will work cross-functionally to bridge the gap and understanding between Sales and Supply Chain, ultimately translating systemic information into actionable data for Sales and our Distributors. They will communicate and partner with the appropriate contacts to determine the right action plan for UA and the Distributors regarding their orders. They will leverage SAP & Tableau Reporting systems to identify needed actions. This position is responsible for supporting a multi-million-dollar Distributor business and providing essential data to all levels of Sales, including senior leadership for a variety of functions.
Your Impact
Order Book Planning, Order Management & Tracking.
• Daily Order Bank Management for all Distributor Accounts in LATAM
o Pricing validation and other data required for a complete order
o Manage and communicate Dropped/Cancelled products to the customer as needed in a timely fashion
• Create Merchandising & Marketing Seeding orders for the UA Panama Office
• Process Sales orders via email and confirm all orders received and troubleshoot any issues
• Develop and lead monthly touch base with distributors to align monthly shipment and payment plans, as well as to discuss pending/open topics in real time.
• Manage account dashboards to ensure accurate and timely deliveries, achievement of KPI’s and mitigation of compliance issues.
• Support UA Panama office E-Comm Team with creation of promo orders for special projects
• Actively problem solve for delayed product or non-shippable orders using SAP or Tableau reports
• Ensure timely financial invoicing on a daily basis by working cross-functionally with Logistics partners
• Monitor article activation ahead of various buy windows and resolve issues by working cross-functionally with internal partners
• Manage updating of seasonal Mark-Ups and Ops Fees for each Distributor according to data provided by the Commercial team
• Develop, customize, and maintain reports & dashboards for improved data management and visualization that translate to better cross-functional understanding and communication
• Has a strong financial acumen to regularly communicate OB revenue reporting and provide high level analysis on changes in revenue.
• Attend weekly revenue projection meetings and speak to progress and/or risks to achieving targets driven by operational aspects
• Independently act on various company reports (ATP, ATS, Hub inventory and Inbound reports), and work cross functionally to ensure UA is positioned for accurate supply planning.
• Provide day to day support to various internal cross-functional teams (Logistics, Finance, Business Analytics) concerning customers’ open orders, shipments, etc.
• Strong understanding of last mile transportation processes and Customer routing requirements
• Aid in the development/improvement of processes; Lead application of such within specific Business Unit, accounting for uniqueness of the business
• Management of special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Experience :
Positive service minded attitude and strong service background
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in Customer/Account Service field
Experience with data management systems (Excel, SAP, etc)
Bilingual language skills, English and Spanish required
Workplace Location
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Panama office.
Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.
