The Coca-Cola Company Senior Manager, Content Engine - LATAM OU in Ciudad de México, Mexico
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled, strategic and innovative Content Engine Manager to lead the optimization and automation of our content adaptation, amplification and distribution processes. This role requires a strong background in content management, as an understanding of creative + End To End (E2E) + Media strategies. The Content Engine Manager will have the responsibility of maximize the quality and impact of content across multiple channels.The Content Engine Manager will work closely with IMX, Creative, FL and WPP/StudioX to release content systems that drive salience, engagement, conversion, and business growth.
This is a key position for anyone with hands-on capabilities, passionate about content development and processes at scale, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Management: Execute comprehensive content execution that aligns with business goals, based on Gameplans, E2E content planning matrixes and content delivered from Charters or LATAM, across various platforms online and offline, including influencers, OOH, digital and social content.
Content Operations Optimization: Manage and optimize content workflows, processes, and tools to improve content adaptation/amplification efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team (Amplification Cloud @SX). Foster collaboration and ensure all content is delivered on time, following brand standards and strategy, and with high quality.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage content-related budgets. Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet business objectives.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with senior leadership and other internal teams to align content initiatives with overall business and creative strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative/Content.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in areas as production, content management, digital marketing.
Skills & Knowledge:
Creative, content and production proven experience (capabilities & practice)
Strong understanding of marketing, content strategies, content adaptation/amplification/optimization, and multiple on/off channels utilization
Ability to drive swift decision-making aligned with key stakeholders
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage and/or coordinate and integrate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Ability to think strategically and creatively, solving complex challenges in content adaptation/amplification, driving continuous improvement.
