As a Business Intelligence Director, you will be responsible for the development and stewardship of the Stills' portfolio strategic agenda in Latin America, along with its operations performance tracking and business intelligence, pulling data & insights to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for actionable commercial initiatives at market level. In this role, you will have opportunity to lead an extended team fully dedicated to the Latin America Stills Business Strategic agenda.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Performance Tracking of key business indicators: Manage, track and integrate several sources and key performance indicators.

  • Pulling data & insights to diagnose the business, identify granular opportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level

  • Provide understanding of the Stills Business landscape and its opportunities, risks and implications.

  • Provide factual insights and performance improvement recommendations.

  • Identify and provide ongoing support to the Operations Head on system-wide matters needing attention.

  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with Franchise Units, Strategy, Commercial and Marketing functions.

Scope:

  • Operating Region: Full accountability over the LATAM Stills Business Intelligence across all Operating Zones.

  • Reporting to the Senior Director Strategy Mexico and Stills.

  • Leads an extended team of two positions fully dedicated to the LATAM OU Stills Business agenda.

Qualification & Requirements :

  • 12 years or more of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy related areas

  • Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers

  • Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator and influencer.

  • Solid business acumen skills

  • Proven Franchise Leadership/Communications skills

  • Strong analytical background

  • Usage of fact-based, strategic approach to identify the insights to boost the business.

  • Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas.
