Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Data Analyst with the ability to act as a proxy Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business analysis, with experience in IBM TRIRIGA. This role involves working closely with Business and Solution Architects to understand business needs, translating those needs into functional and technical requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of data-driven solutions.

The Technical Product Analyst supports the technical product management team to drive end-to-end product delivery of technology solutions. Responsibilities include working with the product teams to support delivery of technology solutions within a specific product area. They apply product domain knowledge, partners with the business, technical product teams and delivery teams as needed to ensure value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the technical product management team to drive end-to-end product delivery of data and technology solutions.

  • Work with product teams to support the delivery of data solutions within a specific product area.

  • Apply product domain knowledge and partner with business, technical product teams, and delivery teams to ensure value delivery.

  • Gain a deep understanding of the TRIRIGA application and work towards understanding business goals and challenges, including end-user needs.

  • Collaborate with Business and Solutions Architects in helping end-to-end data solutions for business requirements and challenges.

  • Quickly learn and understand the peripheral (inbound/outbound) integration of TRIRIGA or Property Management systems like Supplier, Customer, Site, Sale, Financial Systems, etc., for designing end-to-end solutions.

  • Understand integration solutions using middleware such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, .net

  • Experience with TRIRIGA is a plus.

  • Experience with Agile Product Management methods and terminology.

  • Knowledge of middleware platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar.

  • Experience in writing SQLs and reports.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and IT teams.
