Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in IBM TRIRIGA is added advantage. This role involves working closely with Business and Solution Architects to understand the business needs, translating those needs into functional and technical requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of TRIRIGA solution.

Job Summary:

The BTA supports the Product Management team in defining, prioritizing, and developing capabilities for the assigned product area. Responsible for writing requirements / user stories and acceptance criteria for features on the product roadmap. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining product documentation, supporting system integration, data management, user support and aiding in the testing process. Requires experience with requirement gathering working with Agile frameworks and methodologies, and collaborating effectively with Vendors, Product Managers and other internal team members on testing and delivering capabilities per defined requirements.

Gain deep understanding of the TRIRGA application and work towards understanding the business goals and challenges including end user needs. Working closely with Business and Solutions Architect in designing end to end solutions for Business requirements and challenges. Should be able to communicate the design clearly to the Development team and clarify any queries and work closely with them to ensure value delivery.

Responsibilities

  •  

  • Collaborate with Product owners and Proxy product owners to gather and document business requirements.

  • Develop functional specifications and system design documents. Review of Test Scenarios and QA Test Results

  • Quickly learn and understand the peripheral (inbound/outbound) integration of TRIRIGA or Property Management system like Supplier, customer, site, sale, financial systems etc. for designing end to end design solutions.

  • Understand integration solutions using middleware such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to demo the functionalities to Product owners and Proxy product owners.

  • Expertise in documenting complex functional requirements and ability to create and maintain detailed design documentations.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across time zones are essential. 

Qualifications:

  •  

  • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst

  • Experience in participating in business meetings to understand the business requirements and processes.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex Business challenges related to lease and financial integration.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and IT teams.

  • Experience on SAFe Agile process, Scrum methodologies, and tools like Jira, Confluence

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or related field.
