Citigroup IT Project Business Analyst Jr (Bilingüe) in Ciudad De Mexico, Mexico

The IT Project Business Analyst Jr is an intermediate level provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. for the payments and receivable tech projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests.

  • Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products.

  • Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls of the projects

  • Review budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformity with procedures and regulations

  • Monitor the preparation of regular and special budget reports

  • Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis and fiscal allocation

  • Manages technical components of moderately complex IT projects.

  • Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.

  • Verifies team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.

  • Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.

  • Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.

  • May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role.

  • Ability to manage teams.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience as a Project Analyst or Business Analyst with experience in project management (required)

  • Experience creating documentation within standard development methodology

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • knowledge of agile practices (desirable)

  • Advanced English required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
