Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions that address their unique business challenges. Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value proposition of our products and solutions to prospective clients. Design end-to-end architectures that integrate hardware, software, networking, and storage components to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to post-sale implementation and support. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic recommendations and best practices to optimize their IT infrastructure and maximize ROI. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive successful outcomes and customer satisfaction. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to continuously enhance our product and solution portfolio. Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for sales engineers, post-sale engineers, and other team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solution architecture role within the enterprise IT industry, with a focus on server, storage, and other infrastructure solutions. Extensive knowledge of leading enterprise IT manufacturers such as DELL, VMware, HP, IBM, and EMC, including their products, solutions, and ecosystem. Proven track record of architecting and implementing complex IT solutions for Fortune 1000 enterprise clients, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and success. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage arrays, networking equipment, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze customer requirements and design innovative solutions to meet their needs. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience working with channel partners and third-party vendors to deliver integrated solutions is a plus. Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX), Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE), DELL, HP, IBM or similar are highly desirable.
