We're excited to announce an opening for a Controller to join our esteemed team! In this pivotal position, you'll be at the helm of financial oversight, ensuring the accurate preparation and meticulous examination of our company's financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Direct the preparation and meticulous examination of accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Spearhead the development and assessment of comprehensive reports for business operations and budgets.
- Lead and manage all audit processes to guarantee adherence to standard requirements.
- Take charge of all aspects of the annual independent audit, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
- Deliver clear and insightful analysis and findings to the management team, guiding strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Thorough understanding and application of GAAP principles.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced computer accounting programs and reporting tools.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a proven track record of meeting stringent deadlines.
- Strong analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
