About the role: As a Financial Analyst, you'll have your finger on the financial pulse of the entire organization. Working with a diverse team, you'll be responsible develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. What you will be doing: * Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. * Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. * Meet with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets. * Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations. * Track revenue and expenses on a monthly basis, comparing actual to forecasted figures and make necessary adjustments. * Perform economic research and studies in areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements. * Prepare reports for management summarizing results of research, analyses and evaluation of any discrepancies. The pay range for this full-time position is $75,590.00 - $123,220.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
