Position Summary: Employees in this position perform routine tasks in support of assembling chemical dilution and dispensing equipment. An Assembler- Level 3 (Trainer) is responsible for training new employees assigned within their areas and should assist the Production Leads with executing the daily run of the work centers/supermarkets. Primary Responsibilities/Duties: * Reads and comprehends Bill of Materials (BoM) to gather parts, equipment, and tools. * Uses hand and air tools to build assemblies/sub-assemblies of moderate complexity and completes other tasks using manual dexterity. * Works from well-established guidance from visual aids (i.e., work instructions) and reports discrepancies between work instructions and standard build processes to Quality. * Completes assigned product assemblies to acceptable quality specifications. * Performs all tasks in accordance with Company safety and 5S standards. * Assists with operational logistics including basic planning, inventory control, and packing. * Meets and maintains established production rates. * Acts as a coach/mentor to new hires assigned to areas trained in. * Conducts tool training for all areas trained in. * Is a safety and continuous improvement champion- advocates for other team members and assists in implementing CI ideas. * Performs quality checks by inspecting and auditing all products to ensure they meet customer requirements; is a certified to check off BoM's for areas trained in. * Acts as a backup Production Lead in providing tier 1 and 2 meeting coverage as well as posting and explaining Production SQDIP metrics. * Reports any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts to
