Title: Technical Director of Agile Coaching Location: Hybrid 3-4 days onsite in Cincinnati, OH Type: 6+ month contract to hire Target Rate: 80/hr - 120/hr (negotiable) Not available for C2C Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director of Agile Coaching for one of a large financial clients in the Cincinnati, OH area . Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor agile teams, ensuring effective implementation of agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps and development teams to facilitate strategic technical conversations.
  • Drive agile transformation initiatives across large-scale projects.
  • Utilize tools such as Rally, JIRA, and Clarity for agile implementation and tracking.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Foster a creative and safe learning environment that promotes high performance in both individuals and teams.

Must Haves:

  • Strong technical background, ideally someone who transitioned from a technical role to Agile Coaching.
  • Ability to engage in strategic technical discussions with DevOps and development teams.
  • Experience in DevOps/development with a fundamental understanding of data, engineering, and platforms.
  • Proven enterprise experience, particularly in leading large-scale agile transformation projects.
  • Experienced working in a SAFe environment
  • Proficiency in agile tools such as Rally, JIRA, and/or Clarity.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide practical, technical agile coaching rather than theoretical guidance.
  • Proven track record of rapidly building rapport with everyone from direct workers to senior executives.
  • Expert in dealing with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in communications, client relationship management, and customer collaborations.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
