Robert Half Systems Administrator in Cincinnati, Ohio
Description We are in the Financial Services industry and are currently on the lookout for a Systems Administrator to join our team based in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Systems Administrator, you will be tasked with providing top-notch technical assistance, educating and training on technology utilization, and managing user accounts. This role also entails applying systems analysis techniques and procedures, offering help desk support and troubleshooting, and exploring new technological solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating high levels of empathy and understanding.
• Enhance the technical aptitude of the team through effective communication and training.
• Take charge of the management, enhancement, and governance of Microsoft 365 and its core Office Products, with a particular focus on SharePoint & Microsoft Teams.
• Handle user account management in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures, consulting with users to identify hardware, software, or system functional specifications.
• Provide help desk support and troubleshooting, ensuring the continued success of outsourced IT vendor relationships.
• Show a willingness to explore technology, always aiming to find the best solutions rather than the most convenient ones.
• Leverage your skills in Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Cluster Analysis, Computer Hardware, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, Microsoft Access, Microsoft 365 Enterprise. Requirements • Proven experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, including creating and managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.
• Expertise in Backup Technologies, ensuring data security and integrity.
• Experience with Cluster Analysis, including the ability to interpret and utilize data for system improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, including configuration and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, with the ability to create and manage databases.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise, including the ability to administer and manage user accounts. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
