Resolve customers' complaints and answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. Provide employees with guidance in handling problems and in resolving complaints and disputes. Research, compile, and prepare reports and correspondence. Compute figures such as balances, totals, or commissions using Microsoft Excel. Coordinate activities with supervisory personnel. Keep records of invoices and support documents. Contact customers to obtain or relay account information. Arrange for maintenance, or repair work. Answer inquiries regarding rates, routing, and procedures. Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors. Interpret and communicate work procedures and policies to staff.

Associate's or foreign equivalent degree in Management, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Representative, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 1 year resolving customers' complaints and answering customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. 1 year of experience providing employees with guidance in handling problems and in resolving complaints or disputes. 1 year of experience computing figures such as balances, totals, or commissions using Microsoft Excel. 1 year of experience coordinating activities with supervisory personnel. 1 year of experience keeping records of invoices and supporting documentation. 1 year of experience contacting customers to obtain account information. 1 year of experience answering inquiries regarding rates, routing, or procedures. 1 year of experience verifying accuracy of billing data and revising errors.
