Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Communications Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, crafting engaging content, leading online communities, and analyzing campaign performance for our brands. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our brands' presence, driving audience engagement, and enhancing our social media reach.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and standard processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build compelling and engaging content.

  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas to drive engagement and brand awareness.

  • Proficiency in using digital tools such as Canva, Capcut, and others to build engaging content.

  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.

  • Experience in community management, including handling consumer inquiries and feedback.

  • Ability to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-3 years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and techniques is a plus.

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
