Then you sound like a Worldpayer. About the team Our Customer Service Worldpayers are at the heart of it all - enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they're always finding ways for us to grow together. The Gift Support team services a wide range of customers including our SMB merchants all the way to our Enterprise merchants. The team supports the end to end customer journey for our Gift Card Product. This includes boarding and the way through servicing. What you'll own Manage daily operations of Gift Card support functions, while working cross functionally to ensure service level agreements are met. Support of clients and company mission-critical business requirements. Manage vendor relationships across several key functions. Where you'll own it You'll own it in our thriving, buzzing and vibrant Cincinnati Hub. While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person. What you bring Experienced people leader with 5+ experience leading leaders and managing across functions Own the Gift Support Operations Strategy and deliver servicing support to our Gift Processing Merchants Deliver Exceptional Servicing throughout the customer journey inclusive of Boarding, Implementations, Reconciliation support, card ordering and servicing. Influence cross functional partners and act as a key stakeholder to drive more growth in sales and retain gift customers.
