Job Overview Hoxworth Blood Center (HBC), University of Cincinnati, was founded in 1938 and serves more than 30 hospitals in 18 counties in Southwestern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeastern Indiana. Annually, Hoxworth collects more than 100,000 units of blood from local donors to help save the lives of patients in area hospitals. Hoxworth Blood Center: Saving Lives Close to Home. HBC is located within the College of Medicine and is the only Regional Blood Center owned and operated by a University in United States. The University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine, Hoxworth Blood Center, is recruiting for a Senior Online Marketing Manager position, the incumbent will be responsible for the development of unique marketing strategies and campaigns to drive increased student enrollments and revenue for a moderately complex portfolio of University of Cincinnati Online certificates and degree programs. Serve as a team lead and coach for lower-level Online Marketing Managers. This position will support the University's mission and commitment to excellence in our students, faculty, staff, and all our activities. Essential Functions Utilize a diversified marketing mix that yields a quantifiable and significant return on marketing investments across the spectrum of channels to drive increased student enrollments and revenue. Implement brand strategy development, the creation of marketing collateral, project management, analysis, and vendor relationships. Assist with marketing strategy and tactics including, research, messaging and positioning, copy, campaigns, and media placement for all programs assigned under contract and new program launches as they occur. Recommend and monitor budget for marketing spend including cost-per-lead (CPL) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each program. Develop all marketing creative and collateral with vendors as needed. Implement online marketing efforts including: the development, maintenance, and optimization of all website content; the incorporation of search engine optimization and digital marketing techniques, and the utilization of other social and emerging digital marketing channels to drive in-bound traffic. Use market research to adjust marketing plans in order to optimize student recruitment and retention and identify threats in the marketplace.
