Not remote. *This is a role on the Human Resources Learning and Development team reporting to the Director, Talent Development. *This role is an individual contributor role, no direct reports. POSITION SUMMARY: Senior Talent Development Partner is a learning and development professional who will support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs at AtriCure, to improve individual, team, and organizational performance. This position will deliver training sessions, support cross-functional training needs, and contribute to the overall success of the Corporate Training and Development function. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of driving tasks to completion and executing goals while delivering excellence in daily performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Deliver training (live and on-demand programs) using recognized training techniques and tools, including new hire orientation on a rotation schedule Enhancing orientation processes and staying up to date with industry standards to create a positive employee experience through the new hire process Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, and track and report on training outcomes Handle logistics for training activities, including locations, equipment, scheduling, and more Assist / support the training needs assessment process for new and existing employees Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs and organize, develop, or source training programs to meet specific training needs On occasion, Liaise with subject matter experts, internal, regarding instructional design Partner on developing training aids such as presentation materials, handouts, and workbooks Stay current on training design and methodologies Apply adult learning principles in training design, presentation, teaching and evaluation methods Design and create e-learning education via e-learning tool Work with diverse population base and deliver training that meets the needs of different segments of the workforce ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Regular and predictable work performance Ability to work under fast-paced conditions Ability to make
