Details: Belcan is looking for an Integrated Master Scheduler with 5 plus years of experience. Ideal candidates will be local to Cincinnati, OH or Lynn, MA but remote candidates will be considered. This is a direct, full-time position with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have at least 5 years of scheduling experience for engineering projects and are proficient in utilizing a project scheduling software such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project. You will be working with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders as projects are executed from engineering and development to production. Job Duties: *Develop and manage an integrated master schedule for all ToteASRS baseline product content, cross-functionally defining dependencies, constraints, and critical path management. *Collaborate with Portfolio Management, single threaded leaders (STL), project managers, and stakeholders to understand project milestones and dependencies. *Identify and communicate risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the schedule, and report out risks requiring mitigation plans. *Regularly update and maintain the master schedule by incorporating changes, updates, and adjustments as necessary. *Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the schedule, taking proactive measures to highlight delays or other issues to Portfolio Management. *Support regular meetings and discussions with project teams to review and analyze project status, identify bottlenecks, and support scenario planning. *Provide accurate and timely reports [line of balance (LOB)], and visualizations that communicate project status, pressure to plan metrics, and look ahead reports to Portfolio Management and stakeholders. *Continuously improve scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. *Train and mentor project team members on best practices for schedule management and adherence. Required: *Education: Associate degree in a recognized engineering field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. *Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project scheduling or project management experience. *Highly organized, detailed oriented; commitment to accuracy in maintaining and updating schedules *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders. *Exceptional organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work well independently and with team, under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. *Some technical, or mechanical background is preferred. Emphasis on experience working with Engineers. *Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, SmartSheet, or Tableau, to generate reports and metrics. *Ability to take ownership of your work and the overall success of the program you are supporting. *Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. *Due to the nature of the work being done all applicants must be U.S. Citizen Preferred: Smartsheet Microsoft Project Microsoft Office We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $60,000 to $87,360 however Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
