We're looking for a Relationship Manager, Global Merchant Service to join our Enterprise team to help us unleash the potential of every business. Are you ready to make your mark? What you'll own: As a Relationship Manager, Global Merchant Service, you will serve as the primary account liaison for a set of vertically aligned enterprise clients. You will be responsible for managing, planning, and leading sales growth, continued account penetration, and client satisfaction with a long-term multi-year focus. Develop and execute account plans to ensure revenue growth from your account Demonstrate product and industry knowledge including various solutions, market strategies and competitive analysis Focus on account retention Structure, negotiate and close deals the meet client expectations and Worldpay's ability to deliver; utilize company resources to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise What you bring: Extensive knowledge of the payments industry with an understanding of global payments, merchant operations, and alternative payment methods At least 10 years of experience interacting and partnering with enterprise clients and senior management Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally) Strong communication and problem solving skills Self-driven to produce positive outcomes clients Proven success at achieving revenue growth targets Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience Worldpay perks - what we'll bring for you We know it's bigger than just your career.
