Registered Nurse (RN), 12 Hour PM, Float Pool
UC Health is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Float Pool for the night shift at Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care and skilled nursing facility.
The Float Pool Nurse will support Daniel Drake’s long term care facility, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures. Nurses will be caring for patients who have come out of ICU and need more extended care. The nurse will float between all the different post-acute care and skilled nursing facility units.
