Actalent Registered Architect in Cincinnati, Ohio
Description:
Actalent is currently seeking a Registered Architect to join the design portion of a general contractor in the Greater Cincinnati area and as the Registered Architect you will have the ability to join a well established firm that is looking to grow their team during a pivotal point in their business. The general contractor recently purchased a +60 year old architectural design firm and one of the initiatives for the general contractor is to integrate this design firm into the business and become more of a design build firm. This will require you as the Architect to drive collaboration, dedication to growing the business, relationship building, efficient business practices, competitive environment, and overall an enjoyable place to work. As the Architect, you will: Design and Influence Spaces: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create inspiring workspaces that reflect our values and promote collaboration. Consider not only aesthetics but also functionality, well-being, and inclusivity in your designs. A majority of the projects will be remodeling or tenant improvements to commercial buildings. Lead by Example: Set the tone for a positive work culture through your actions, interactions, and communication. Mentor junior architects and encourage their professional growth. Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with executives and managers to align architectural decisions with cultural goals. Provide insights on how physical spaces impact employee morale and productivity. Foster Creativity: Create environments that inspire creativity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking. Incorporate elements that encourage spontaneous collaboration and idea-sharing. Evaluate Existing Spaces: Conduct assessments of current office spaces and identify areas for improvement. Propose modifications that enhance functionality, comfort, and overall employee experience.
