Job Description Worldpay, LLC seeks Quality Assurance Analyst Senior in Cincinnati, OH to develop, maintain, and upgrade manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans. What you will be doing The Quality Assurance Analyst Senior will perform usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability, and security. Additionally, the role will: Triage issues, react well to changes, work with teams and ability to multi-task on multiple projects. Communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written forms. Control and manage own daily test activities. Provide internal quality assurance. Lead in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. Coordinate between onshore and offshore testing. Organize and maintain the test script library. Provide guidance in the preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages and systems, computational software, and related technology. Oversee integration of computers in overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition transmission and processing. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Conduct internal studies and audits on client and product development/engineering or operations team activities to evaluate if processes and deliverables fulfill requirements for quality, to uncover errors or deficiencies in processes and deliverables and to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement; studies and audits include issues such as profitability, productivity, and quality. Manage and participates in overall audit process. Monitor applicable business unit work to ensure consistency and compliance with standard processes. Contribute to the tactical and strategic planning for future quality programs. Stay current with process-related industry standards. Communicate quality information throughout the organization. Support development and delivery of training in quality matters. Lead and mentor quality assurance team members. Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation utilizing TOSCA BI/DI Pre-screening wizard to validate Metadata checks and Format Checks on the flat files; utilizing TOSCA BI - reconciliation tests to compare two data sets from different systems; performing Data Analysis, Data Validation, Data Verification and identifying data mismatch through Tosca BI/DI; generating Error files using TOSCA BI/DI for the row-by-row comparison results; developing Test automation frameworks for end-to-end data validation, source files into staging, staging to DWH/Datamart, and Datamart to Report; generating test automation scripts in Tosca based the ETL mapping document; utilizing DataStage; supporting End-To-End testing activities and validation of database job performance; performing regression testing for the E2E data flow for any existing production enhancements; preparing the test strategy, test plan and test scenarios; utilizing Oracle and Snowflake, Data Profiling for data validation from a business perspective for logical consistency and correctness; utilizing Snowflake for validating data based on the ETL jobs; developing complex SQL queries for data validation in Snowsql, relational DBs including Oracle and DB2; creating Tables, Procedures, Tasks and Streams in Snowflake; validating production data by comparing source to target eg DB2 data and Snowflake data; verifying roles, privileges required to access different databases/schemas; utilizing Rally, for planning, tracking work, Defect Tracking and Reporting; managing issues, risks, dependencies, clarifications.
