Job Description
Actalent is currently hiring for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading A&E firm in Cincinnati, OH. As a Project Manager, you will focus on scope, budget, and quality for large industrial and commercial facilities. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs and, alongside the project team, develop successful solutions. This key role requires a professional with proven high levels of personal integrity, follow-through, and the ability to get results while managing challenging projects up to $500 million for many of the biggest brands in the industry. You will report to the Vice President and Manager of Project Management and lead the overall direction of specialized design projects. By assessing challenges and taking charge, you will execute successfully towards the overall completion of projects and maintain rapport with clients. Work proactively across multi-discipline design teams and provide mentorship to others in an environment that values collaboration. You will manage Industrial, Food & Beverage, Biotech, Science & Technology, Pharmaceutical, and GMP manufacturing facility projects, utilizing your knowledge of construction management, architecture, and engineering to facilitate the entire process of how the facility will be designed and built. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, where you will be hired on directly with the A&E firm from Day 1.
