About the team Our mission as the Solution Design and Delivery team is to ensure (1) successful project delivery while maintaining focus on top revenue generating initiatives and priorities, (2) cost stays within the allocated budget (3) benefits are tracked as per business cases,(4) projects and initiatives deliver to schedule and (5) project risks, issues and concerns are properly identified, managed, escalated and mitigated. We raise visibility and awareness to drive decisions and actions. What you'll own Lead large scale, fast paced change engagements, required to get up to speed on complex change immediately. Manage and maintain effective cross functional relationships across large projects including Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Risk and Compliance Deliver successful change against defined benefits Manage project budgets and resource assignments ensuring budget allocation is adhered to Hold project team members accountable as to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard, within an efficient manner Contribute to divisional revenue, EBITDA and forecasting objectives. Make timely, informed decisions and communicate rationale with factual accuracy and clarity to stakeholders Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues throughout Worldpay. Demonstrate technical competence in assigned delivery Actively pursue opportunities to develop expertise and drive innovation. Effectively pursue and apply best practices to advance business and company goals. Desire for continuous improvement while seeking opportunities to grow the business, adding value and maximizing profit. Understand and adhere to Worldpay policies and procedures, as well as governing laws and regulations. Other related duties assigned as needed.
