Triversity Construction Project Accountant in Cincinnati, Ohio
Triversity Construction is looking for a Project Accountant, are you ready to make the move?
Our project accountants collaborate with project managers and project executives to develop and maintain accounting functions for multiple projects and customers at a time.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with project managers to manage project budgets, including reporting variances, and prepare compilation of billing for project owners/representatives.
Coordinate the processing of owner billings and applications based on contractual guidelines.
Responsible for ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly reviews/analysis of submitted reports from other team members.
We’re looking for someone with:
A degree in accounting or a related field.
1 – 3 years of experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, meet critical deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and client service.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Excel) and adaptability to industry related accounting software.
