Job Overview The College of Nursing at the University of Cincinnatiis seeking a collaborative proven professional to join our graduate program team in serving as a Program Coordinator (Clinical Site Coordinator). The chosen candidate will serve as the primary liaison with clinical preceptors, clinical site administration, and students currently enrolled in our graduate nursing program. The Program Coordinator facilitates placement of graduate nursing students in clinical sites and the vetting of clinical site contracts (as warranted). Other responsibilities include establishing and maintaining clinical affiliation agreements and managing documentation associated with the precepted clinical experience. Active listening,detail orientation, proactive problem solving, and critical thinking are important skills necessary for the position of Program Coordinator. They should demonstrate good judgment when making decisions and assist with special projects as needed. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have an established comfort with learning about and using new technology platforms. The graduate program works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, preceptors and clinical sites to achieve set goals. The ideal candidate must be a valuable contributor to the team, be able to work independently, solve problems and pay attention to detail. This position will offer flexibility for a hybrid remote work arrangement for applicants with a residence within OH/IN/KY. Essential Functions * Develop program objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward objectives. Review objectives to identify problems and solutions, prioritize solutions and develop action steps for program improvement. * Develop, administer and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires. Compile statistics and prepare reports. * Interact with staff faculty, external agencies and other university departments. * May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.). * Gathe
