Job Description Understand product strategy, market, industry and client goals with a Servicing focus Work with other Product Managers and Business stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories Articulate product vision, strategy, and Epic/Features in a manner clearly understandable to Architectural and development teams Manage & Create Roadmap, Initiatives, Epics and refine with Train teams and Train PM's Feature needs Establish Feature acceptance criteria, accept Features and refine with Train Scrum Teams Review and provide feedback on Epic/Feature Done state to ensure product changes meet acceptance criteria and Servicing vision Monitor the development progress and provide updates to stakeholders Apply Agile methods and processes that encourages frequent inspection and adaption Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements * You will be articulating and creating detailed business & Product requirements as new features are being requested for our Internal Servicing Trains and prioritizing those accordingly making trade-offs when needed. * You will be actively participating in quarterly planning sessions where you are a critical team member to the success of our deliverables. * You will determine completeness of newly constructed functionality via demonstration by members of the engineering teams and receiving alignment Stakeholders, SRO/SRE teams, and End users * You will support managing the user acceptance testing and production go-live environments on a monthly cadence. * You will help ensure final sign-off for completeness of deployed code. This includes requesting and follow-through of additional stakeholder testing and approval. * You will be communicating to our Stakeholders, SRO/SRE, and End Users what Features are in the pipelines for our Trains, any risk identified from delivery teams, and support go/no go decisioning for any Releases needed from Product standpoint. * You will be managing, encouraging, educating, and aligning delivery solutions of Internal Product Vision and Strategy * You will act as a liaison between all departments across the company including product, engineering, operations fraud, risk legal, compliance, pricing, sales, marketing, training, billing, legal, operations, security, etc. * You will engage in cross-functional team collaboration as needed to get to the source of truth for defining scope. The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
