UC Health is hiring a full time MYHR Representative The purpose of this position is to provide MYHR call center and clerical support to the human resource division and other related services as assigned.   • Utilizes and provides updates to OneTouch System as a resource and tracking of helpdesk tickets.
  • Maintains and submits accurate information into OneTouch Helpdesk workstream.
  • Assist employees in the location of policies and procedures
  • Takes the initiative in identifying & facilitating the resolution of employee requests through research, communication & cooperation w/internal & external personnel.
  • Escalates (out-of-scope) questions and tickets to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert, or Tier 2 assignee.

  • Provide benefits information to employees for routine questions, WLE's, and Open Enrollment.

Employee File Maintenance

  • Scan and/or log employee certifications, licensure, corrective actions, and other employee file components into the OneTouch System.
  • Assist in Joint Commission survey preparation activities, such as pulling employee files or components as requested by HR teams.
  • May pull data or run reports to support various HR initiatives.

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist applicants with the application process
  • Provide benefits information to candidates during the HR onboarding process
  • Participate in screening of MYHR candidates, and/or schedule interviews.

HR Division Support
