Mobile Mammography Technologist, First Shift, Radiology Department UC Health is hiring a full-time Mobile Mammography Technologist for the radiology department for first shift at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The Mobile Mammography Technologist performs stereotactic breast biopsies, including scheduling exams with patients. Post procedure follow-ups of patients include phone call, obtaining biopsy results, faxing to referring physician, tracking in appropriate systems, and informing radiologist of results. • Required: Associate of Science Degree in Radiology Technology. Registered as a Radiologic Technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
• Must obtain Advanced certification in Mammography within 12 months of start date
• Licensure by the State of Ohio as a Radiographer
• Must successfully complete and maintain CDL, Class B (with airbrakes) licensure if requested based on future departmental needs
• Preferred: One year experience in mammography but will train. Must agree to obtain advanced board certification in mammography
