What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our sales team, you will:
Build Relationships: Travel independently to meet with current and potential clients, establishing strong partnerships across all levels of an organization.
Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve and surpass monthly sales quotas while negotiating and managing multi-year contracts with major customers.
Customer-Centric Focus: Act as an ambassador for your customers, resolving quality issues, addressing complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
Strategize and Plan: Prepare detailed monthly and annual budgets and forecasts, documenting all data within our software systems.
Innovate: Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to create new products tailored to customer needs.
Drive Operational Excellence: Work with customer service representatives to ensure accurate order processing, pricing, and service.
What You Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor’s Degree and 4–6 years of related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Strong time management , organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently at all organizational levels.
A proactive mindset with sound judgment and a talent for problem-solving.
A self-driven, polished professional demeanor ready to thrive in a high-energy, dynamic environment.
