Enson Group Inc. (Cincinnati, Ohio) is seeking Management Analyst to collect financial data, sales reports, and merchandise records in English and Chinese; apply data analysis methods, visualization, cost tracking, and other tools to develop sales trends, financial performance, supplier selection, promotion and marketing strategies, and other areas; conduct gemba walks and document findings; prepare analytical reports and financial KPIs in Chinese and English for management; update bilingual guidelines and standard. Requires master's degree in business analytics (or related field; foreign degree equivalency accepted); 3 months of experience in management or business analytics; at least 3 months of experience in using Lean principles to drive efficiency improvement projects, working with statistical analysis tools, and using Excel and QuickBooks.
