Ensures quality of work and timeliness | | of completion for maintenance projects. | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Position Description: | | | | - Ensures the overall maintenance of multiple Agency facilities; | | work is completed timely and with quality | | - Performs primarily interior and exterior building maintenance and | | repair works such as basic plumbing and electrical, carpentry, | | painting, wall repair and replacing doors/parts | | - Picks up supplies and equipment for facilities | | - Works with external vendors and contractors as needed | | - Monitors work to ensure compliance with specifications | | - Moves furniture and equipment as necessary | | - Maintains accurate documentation of work orders through agency | | system | | - Other duties as assigned | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
Qualifications
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: | | | | - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and plans | | - Ability to plan material and supply needs | | - Knowledge of building maintenance techniques and tools involved | | in the upkeep of buildings, fixtures and structures | | - Knowledge of emergency procedures | | - Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and | | preventive/general maintenance | | - Driving of personal vehicle | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Job Requirements: | | | | - High School Graduate or High School Equivalency | | - 1-3 years of experience | | - Valid driver license and auto insurance | +-----------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Essential Functions/Physical Demands: | | | | - Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. | | Frequent standing and walking.
