UC Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), MEDS- POST-ACUTE in Cincinnati, Ohio
UC Health is hiring a PRN License Practical Nurse (LPN Meds) for Bridgeway Pointe for varying shifts at Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care.
The Bridgeway Pointe Nurse will support Daniel Drake’s Bridgeway Pointe delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures. This unit has a total of 72 residents within our assisted living facility and has other beds for memory care. Our nurses help pass medications to these residents and provide the best care to those residents within our facility.
