Center For Addictions Treatment Licensed Addictions Counselor II and III in Cincinnati, Ohio

- Provide therapeutic treatment services to adults with substance use disorders and/or other co-occurring mental illness within their scope of practice.
- Provide individual, couples, family and group services as assigned
- Complete all required documentation - assessment, treatment plan, progress notes, and transfer/discharge notes.
- Excellent clinical skills in order to diagnose and treat DSM 5 mental health disorders, including substance use disorders.
- Coordinate all aspects of care with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain at least an overall score of 90% in all areas of chart review.
- Participate on committees and in quality improvement activities as assigned.
Maintain credentialing or licensure necessary for the position and continually update professional skills through in-service training and other sources.

Qualifications
Independently Licensed by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board or the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board. A minimum of two years paid experience working in counseling. Supervision endorsement preferred. Previous experience in electronic charting is helpful.
