Phillips Edisons operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.

What you'll do:

- - Perform DevOps responsibilities by implementing development changes in our production environment. Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, procedures, and industry best practices. (30%)

- - Support Automation jobs to ensure timely completion of all automation tasks. Triage automation failures while collaborating with business users and software developers to align the necessary resources for prompt resolution. (20%)

- - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the server environment ensuring system availability. Provide expert-level support and administration for Windows servers, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of operating systems, installed application software, system management tools and systems integrations. (20%)

- - Collaborate with IT infrastructure staff to mitigate and remediate outages affecting IT infrastructure availability and service delivery. (10%)

- - Maintain, monitor, and enhance the availability of IT services including Windows servers, Applications, and core infrastructure. (20%)

What we're looking for:

- - Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and related experience

- - 5+ years of experience in IT with an emphasis on infrastructure management

- - Knowledge of Active Directory / IIS / MSSQL / Exchange / SharePoint / Microsoft 365

- - Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems

- - Strong knowledge of IaaS / PaaS & Hyper-V virtualization platforms

- - Experience with PowerShell and automation scripting

- - Experience in Identity and Access Management administration is preferred

- - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner

- - Strong analytical and project management skills

- - Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts

- - Strong customer service skills

- - Must be able to work without organizational authority across organizational boundaries to identify business information needs and to implement actions to fulfill them
