Staffmark is looking for a highly skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire position in Cincinnati, OH. Shift Available: Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Candidates must be flexible to train on a different shift for at least two weeks.) Compensation: $26.50/hr. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment and machinery that supports manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations. You will be diagnosing problems, recommending solutions, and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently and safely. Responsibilities: Resolve complex operating issues by repairing electrical, vacuum, mechanical, and pneumatic systems; calibrating and aligning equipment; and testing motor-control devices, transformers, and other machinery. Perform general and preventative maintenance on production systems. Conduct mechanical calibrations and alignments during routine maintenance. Test and modify operational machinery and control equipment. Complete daily maintenance reports and maintain a clean work environment. Follow safety policies, report unsafe conditions, and actively participate in safety programs. Use equipment and supplies efficiently, minimizing waste. Report hazards and unsafe practices to supervisors. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications: Associate Degree or equivalent in Industrial Maintenance Technology. 2-5 years of relevant maintenance experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Proficient with verbal and written instructions.
