About the team Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we're best known for. The Enterprise Solution Architect team is a dynamic and diverse group of colleagues within the CTO's organization. Their focus is on spearheading innovative and high-quality solutions for the Enterprise. This is achieved through collaboration with various teams across the organization, including the Office of the CTO, Product teams, Portfolio teams, Segment teams, Engineering teams, CIO teams, Security teams, Procurement teams, as well as external partners and vendors. The team's primary objective is delivering solutions, pattern and frameworks that align with the organization's overarching goals and objectives. What you'll own : No sponsorship available now or in the future Documenting the Current and Target state of the technology landscape. Facilitating, collaborating and partnering with our internal constituents to evolve the Target state and standards for Worldpay's technology platforms. Develop 'Architecture product north stars', Solution Blue Prints and assist in the development of roadmaps aligning to Product and Segment roadmaps. Identifying, defining and implementing enterprise Patterns and Frameworks Maintaining standards and policies catalogues. Maintaining Worldpay's domain model. What you bring (No sponsorship available now or in the future) Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Post-graduate education desired. Requires the following experience or equivalent combination of education and experience for the Enterprise Architect Specialist role: Experience in the development and execution of technology roadmaps and governance frameworks. Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in enterprise architecture. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Block Chain, Applications, and microservices architecture. Experience within IT, within enterprise architecture. Strong technical expertise across multiple domains, including cloud computing, data management, application architecture, security . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrative ability to provide mentorship for the team and throughout the organization. Focus on a servant leadership approach in collaboration. Proven ability to drive change and innovation, with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
