Lindner Career Services is an award-winning team of career development professionals who coach Lindner College of Business students through their co-op and full-time job searches and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with employers in the Cincinnati region and beyond. Co-op at Lindner is a game changer, enabling students to engage in multiple, paid, professional work experiences that fit the real and varying needs of employers. The team is agile and multidisciplinary - coaches advise students, work with employer partners, and teach a required career development course. As a result of the team's stellar work developing relationships with students and employers, they were recently awarded the "Exemplary Career Center Program" by the National Career Development Association (NCDA). Job Overview Responsible for the administration and oversight of all internship and cooperative education programs for undergraduate students in the Lindner College of Business (LCB). Provide strong operational and thought leadership for the development and implementation of mission-driven, experiential and career education, programs, services, and resources aimed at promoting the professional success of Lindner students. This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies. Essential Functions Leverage institutional resources and technology to track and assess co-op, internships and other experiential learning. Collaborate with faculty, staff and administration to implement "Co-op 2.0" for the LCB, starting with students in the Lindner Business Honors program and eventually expanding it to all business students.
