The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated, results oriented leader to partner with Supply Chain, Sales, & IT leaders across category and customer teams to build, operationalize, and lead advanced analytics for enterprise “One Supply Chain” platforms. This person will be accountable for having a deep understanding of supply chain data, technology and business needs to deliver the product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap. Our mission critical focus is to uncover powerful insights that influence decision making across all supply chain nodes. The role is based in Cincinnati, OH.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Owning product strategy and road mapping, including priority of backlog

  • Accountability for program/project progress and set deadlines.

  • Ensuring delivery of the project – on-time and on-quality.

  • Own product stakeholder communication strategy.

  • Own and drive operational excellence, including risk, issue, and data integrity management.

  • Retailer data governance at product level - engaging and managing cross functional partners to streamline process.

  • Has the ability to multitask and prioritize, work on multiple projects and manage time effectively.

  • Is detail-oriented and analytical in nature, with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Superior leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree OR 10+ years of relevant work experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including managing E2E product lifecycle and leading stakeholder engagements.

  • Proficient in translating business needs into technical requirements

  • Strong ability to lead in ambiguous situations

  • Ability be engaging, developing, and influence cross-functional leadership including IT, Sales & Supply Chain leaders

  • Experience in collaborating with technical teams (Engineers, Developers, Data Science) to drive product on technical or non-technical requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience integrating and transforming exploratory data into insights driven visualization

  • Ability to learn and develop technical expertise through self-learning, external courses, and industry certifications.

  • Experience with designing business process data flows

  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule in Cincinnati, OH

Preferred:

  • Experience working with CPG Retailer and Supply Chain Data.

  • Experience with Vendor Management.

  • Ability to query using SQL, Python, or similar languages.

  • Certifications: Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Pay Range: $105,000 – $150,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
