Formica Corporation Customer Service Specialist - Bilingual Spanish speaking in Cincinnati, Ohio
We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Account Specialist. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, committed to servicing our customers promptly and professionally, and have a strong understanding of company policies, transactional processes, and product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- - Function as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all accounts in assigned territory via phone, email, and fax.

``` - - Support field sales representatives in assigned territory

``` - - Manage customer purchase orders from entry to fulfillment
```{=html}
``` - - Handle customer complaints from initiation to resolution
```{=html}
``` - - Establish positive business relationships with both internal and external customers

``` - - Educate customers on our product offering
```{=html}
``` - - Work with sales team to provide timely and accurate sales forecasts
```{=html}
``` - - Manage open orders and communicate status updates.
Requirements:
- - Associates or Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study is preferred

``` - - 2 or more years customer service experience required
```{=html}
``` - - Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
```{=html}
``` - - Proven ability to resolve customer issues creatively and effectively
```{=html}
``` - - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English & Spanish is required.

``` - - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

``` - - Strong organizational and time management skills.

``` - - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
