Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Cincinnati, Ohio

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position operates within the telecom industry and involves working in a dynamic call center environment. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing incoming customer internet leads, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of customer service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage incoming customer internet leads to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products, vehicles, and sales incentives.

• Schedule appointments for sales staff as required, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.

• Execute regular follow-up calls and emails to customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are adequately addressed.

• Proactively return to unsold customers, providing them with necessary information to facilitate a purchase.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence purposes.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism while answering inbound and making outbound calls.

• Ensure efficient order entry process and schedule appointments as per company protocols.

• Continually improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.

• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.

Skills required include proficiency in answering inbound calls, call center customer service, customer service, data entry, email correspondence, inbound and outbound calls, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, order entry, and appointment scheduling. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required.

• Must have experience in a call center customer service role.

• Capable of answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as part of the job function.

• Proficient in data entry tasks with high accuracy.

• Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

• The ability to schedule appointments effectively.

• Prior experience in order entry is desirable.

• Must have the capability to manage email correspondence promptly and professionally.
